Why I built SYNTH

I've been on both sides of the property management equation. As an operator, I know what it feels like to be the single point of failure — the person who has to be available 24/7 because there's no system to catch what you miss.

Every missed maintenance request is a frustrated tenant. Every delayed emergency response is a liability. Every scattered text thread is a record you can't find when you need it.

I built SYNTH Command because the problem isn't the tenants — it's the infrastructure. Property management in 2026 still runs on text messages, Excel sheets, and memory. That ends here.
